This page provides information about disconnecting Alario Tech's internal timesheet application from QuickBooks Online.

Disconnecting the Application

Authorized users may disconnect the application by revoking its access through the QuickBooks Online account.

To disconnect:

1. Sign in to the QuickBooks Online company associated with the application.

2. Navigate to the area for managing connected applications or integrations.

3. Locate Time Sheet Import from Apple Notes.

4. Select the available option to disconnect or revoke access.

5. Follow any confirmation prompts.

Menu names and options may vary depending on the QuickBooks Online interface and user permissions.

What Happens After Disconnecting?

Once QuickBooks access is revoked, the application can no longer use the revoked authorization to retrieve information from or submit data to that QuickBooks company.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete existing QuickBooks transactions, time activities, or locally retained application information.

An authorized administrator may separately remove locally stored application tokens and cached data as appropriate.

Reconnecting

To reconnect, an authorized user must launch the local application and complete the Intuit authorization process again.
