Connect or Reconnect QuickBooks Online
Time Sheet Import from Apple Notes
The Time Sheet Import from Apple Notes application uses a secure Intuit authorization process to connect with QuickBooks Online.
This integration is intended for authorized Alario Tech personnel only.
Connecting to QuickBooks Online
Launch the Alario Tech timesheet application on the authorized computer.
Open the application's local browser interface.
Select Connect to QuickBooks.
Sign in through Intuit's secure authentication page if prompted.
Select the appropriate QuickBooks Online company.
Review the requested permissions and approve the connection.
Return to the application and verify that the connection is active.
Reconnecting an Existing Account
If the application's QuickBooks authorization expires, is revoked, or otherwise requires renewal, an authorized user can repeat the connection process.
Reconnection may require a QuickBooks Online company administrator to approve access.
Information Accessed
When authorized, the application may retrieve QuickBooks customer, employee, vendor, and service information to support time-entry preparation.
Any future functionality that creates or updates QuickBooks records should require appropriate authorization and application-level review.
Security
The application does not request users to enter their Intuit account passwords directly into the timesheet application. Authentication occurs through Intuit.
Never share Intuit passwords, OAuth tokens, or application Client Secrets.
Support
