Office Manager

Salary: DOE up to $18/hr

Part-time 20-30 hours per week with prorated benefits

 

Primary Duties

·      General customer service- answer phones, take messages, schedule appointments

·      Start repair tickets and follow-up on repairs, keeping customers up-to-date on status

·      Tracking and managing an ever-growing list of follow up items and client requests

·      Retails Sales

·      Inventory management including creating new items, managing returns, tracking, etc.

·      General bookkeeping

 

The successful Office Manager will possess the following skills

·      Organized, thoughtful and detailed

·      Time management skills/ability to prioritize

·      Stays calm during busy times while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

·      Learns quickly and with minimum direction (after initial training period)

·      Ability to look for “what needs to be done”

·      Willing to ask questions and work as a team
